2. Tarjoukset, Hinnat ja Sopimuspäätelmät
Tuoteluottelostamme ja hinnastostamme löydät aina käteishinnan sisältäen arvonlisäveron. Pidätämme oikeuden hinnan muutoksiin. Tilattaessa pienimpiä tuoteita ja määriä, näytetty hinta toimituspäivänä veloitetaan. Mikäli tuotteen hinta nousee, otamme yhteyttä sinuun ennen tilauksen lähettämistä. Mikäli hinta alenee, tuote lähetetään sinulle välittömästi. Sivustoon liittyvissä epäselvissä hinnoissa taikka ehdoissa pitää meiltä hankkia kirjaillinen vahvistus. Toimitusehdot ja/tai lasku vahvistaa sovitun. Suullisesti sovitut asiat sekä poikkeukset ehdoistamme pitää vahvistaa kirjallisesti. Tämä pätee myös vaadittuihin asiakirjoihin. Piirrokset, kuvat, mitat, painot ja muut tuotetiedot ovat voimassa vain mikäli yksityiskohtainen kirjallinensopimus on tehty. Erilaisten normien, kuten DIN, käyttäminen ei takaa kaikkien tietojen paikkansa pitämistä.

3. Takuu
Tuotteillamme on takuu. Kameroille ja linsseille annamme kahden (2) vuoden takuun. Toisena takuuvuotena, takuukorjaukset tulee hoitaa Digitalwonderworld:n kautta. Tämä on hyvin tärkeää. Mikäli vaadittua, liitä mukaan palautuslomake ja alkuperäinen takuukortti (mikäli oli toimituksessa). Muussa tapauksessa emme pysty käsittelemään tapausta.

Digitalwonderworld ei ole vastuussa lähetyskuluista jotka koituvat viallisen tuotteen lähettämisestä. Tuotteet voidaan lähettää meille korjattavaksi asiakkaan kustannuksella. Asiaskas on myös vastuussa lähetyskuluista jotka koituvat korjatun tuotteen palauttamisesta asiakkaalle. Nämä lähetyskulut ovat mainittu toimitusehdoissamme.

4. Vaihto-oikeus
Kun asikas on tehnyt tilauksen, me tarjoamme ilmaisen mahdollisuuden palauttaa tuote nejäntoista (14) päivän kuluessa toimituspäivästä. Palautetuille tuotteille, uutta vastaavassa kunnossa ja alkuperäisessä pakkauksessa, me palautamme rahat pankkisiirrolla. Palautetuille tuotteille me vaadimme ostokuittia. Digitalwonderworld ei vastaa, lähetyksen aikana hävinneistä tai rikkoontuneista tuotteista. Vaihto ja palautusoikeus ei koske käytettyjä- tai erikoistilaustuotteita – katso kohta 5 kauppaehdoista (alla).

5. Erikoistilaukset
Myös tuotteiden jotka eivät ole kuvastossamme tilaaminen on mahdollista, mahdollisuuksiemme rajoissa. Kirjallinen vahvistaminen tarvitaan myös Digitalwonderworld:n puolesta. Kohdassa 4 mainittu vaihto-oikeus ei koske tällaisia, erikoistilattuja tuotteita.

6. Käytetyn tuotteen käyttäminen maksuväineenä
Me vastaanotamme kameroita, linssejä ja tarvikkeita kohtuulliseen hintaan uutta tuotetta ostettaessa. Ystävällisesti lähetä käytetty tuote/tuotteet yhdessä alkuperäisen toimituskuitin kanssa valmiiksi maksetussa postipaketissa. Me toimitamme sinulle ostotarjouksen postissa. Mikäli et ole tyytyväinen tarjoukseemme, me palautamme tuotteesi meidän kustannuksella.

7. Tomitus
Tuotteet lähetetään meidän kauppapaikastamme. Jälleenlähetyshinnat Luxembourg ovat nähtävissä toimitusehdoissamme. Toimitukset EF?? maihin ovat myös mahdollisia. Tällaisessa tapauksessa pyydä tarkat tiedot. Vaikka yritämmekin parhaamme toimittaa tuotteet mahdollisimman nopeasti, toimitusajat ovat suuntaa antavia eivätkä ole meitä sitovia. Mahdolliset osatoimitukset ovat mahdollisia, riippuen tuotteiden saatavuudesta. Mikäli asiakas ei halua osatoimitusta, on se selvästi mainittava tilattaessa.

8. Kieltäytyminen tavaranvastaaottamisesta
Luxembourg:
Mikäli toimitustamme ei oteta vastaan, eikä tilausta ole aikaisemmin peruuttu, me veloitamme osan kustannuksita eli €15, mikäli toimitus on ollut pikatoimitus/tai painavampi lähetys, veloitamme €30.
Kirjallinen peruutusviesti on virallinen silloin kun Digitalwonderworld on lähettänyt vastineen hyväksyä peruutus. Mikäli lähetys toimitetaan ennen kuin me olemme vahvistaneet peruutuksen ja asiakas ei ota lähetystä vastaan, palautetaan tuotteet Digitalwonderworld:lle ja asiakasta veloitetaan €30.

Muut maat kuin Luxembourg:
Mikäli toimitustamme ei oteta vastaan, eikä tilausta ole aikaisemmin peruuttu, me veloitamme osan kustannuksita eli €27, mikäli toimitus on ollut pikatoimitus/tai painavampi lähetys, veloitamme €50.

Kirjallinen peruutusviesti on virallinen silloin kun Digitalwonderworld on lähettänyt vastineen hyväksyä peruutus. Mikäli lähetys toimitetaan ennen kuin me olemme vahvistaneet peruutuksen ja asiakas ei ota lähetystä vastaan, palautetaan tuotteet Digitalwonderworld:lle ja asiakasta veloitetaan €50.

9. Maksuehdot ja maksutavat
Maksutapoina käytetään ennakkotilisiirtoa (normaalisti nopein toimitustapa maan sisäisesti), ennakkomaksu, automaattinen laskutus (vain kanta-asiakkaiden kanssa) taikka luottokortti. Kun maksat sekillä taikka pankkisiirrolla, ota huomioon lähetys kustannukset jotka ovat nähtävissä tuoteluottelossamme. Mikäli maksat ennakkotilisiirrolla, tilauslähetetään heti kun rahat ovat saapuneet. Laskutustapauksissa toimitus on maksettava (ilman alennuksia) neljäntoista (14) päivän kuluessa laskunpäiväyksestä. Kaikki poikkeukset näistä ehdoista vaativat kirjallisen vahvistuksen. Ostaja luopuu kaikista mahdollisista vaateista jotka ovat edellisistä kauppayhteyksistä kanssamme. Mikäli maksu on myöhässä, perimme koron mikä on 2% korkeampi kuin keskuspankin korkotaso. Mahdollinen suurempi tai pienempi perintämaksu ei ole poissuljettu.

Toimitukset Euroopan Unionin alueella toimitetaan näytetyin hinnoin; hintoihin ei lisätä tullimaksuja tai veroja. Hintamme sisältävät 15% (Luxembourg) arvonlisäveron.

ALV vähennetään myyntihinnasta yrityksiltä jotka sijaitsevat EU:n alueella ja joilla on ALV rekisterinumero.

15% vähennetään myyntihinnasta mikäli tuotteet toimitetaan EU:n ulkopuolelle. Kaikki tullimaksut ja ALV, joka pätee toimitusmaahan, laskutetaan asiakkaalta kaikissa tapauksissa.

Mikäli tilauksesi toimitetaan DPD:llä, toimituskulut laskutetaan sinulta. Puolestasi maksamamme postimaksut sisältyvät laskun loppusummaan.

11. Customer Complaint and Guarantee
For complaints lodged by traders, legal regulations are applicable. Otherwise we are to be notified in writing of obvious defects within a time limit of 8 days. Otherwise no warranty claims can be brought forward. Guarantee is confined to repair respectively compensation delivery. Should three attempts at rectification of defects respectively at subsequent delivery fail, the contracting party is entitled to have the choice to claim reduction of price or cancellation of sale. Further claims on the part of the customer, particularly compensation claims, not realised profit or other financial damage suffered by the customer included, are excluded. This does not apply if the cause of damage is based on intent or gross negligence or if damages are claimed for absence of an assured quality. In case the examination of the defective article shows that the defect is due to a fault proved to have been committed by the purchaser, the purchaser will be informed about this in writing by the Digitalwonderworld. Should the customer then insist on rectification of defects, he also has to bear the costs. If a repair order is placed, the customer will be billed for the expenses of looking into the source of errors and for diagnosing the product. If work, interference and/or repairs are carried out by the customer or a third party without our written consent, our warranty obligation and our promise of guarantee expire according to figure 3.

12. Reservation of Title
The commodity delivered remains property of Digitalwonderworld up to total claim settlement and redemption of all debts owing and accruing within the framework of the business connection, regardless of which legal basis claims are made on. In case of sale of a commodity delivered with reservation of ownership being effected by the customer, or in case of this product being linked to other objects, the customer already at this point transfers to us all claims resulting from the sale respectively joining to the amount of the value of the commodities delivered on the basis of reservation of title together with all ancillary rights and debt ranks in priority to others. We accept that assignment.

13. Customer Complaint and Insurance
Every commodity we forward is insured en route by the Allianz Insurance plc. In case of damage inflicted on a consignment while en route, or in case of incomplete delivery, a complaint is to be lodged within 48 hours with a written statement of the facts to be made by the forwarding agent, by the German Federal Postal Administration respectively the German Federal Railways, by the carrier. Otherwise claim for replacement expires.

14. Liability
Liability is confined to damage caused grossly negligently or intentionally by us or any person employed by us in the performance of our obligation. The limitation on liability applies to contractual as well as noncontractual claims.

15. Data protection
The security of your data and protection of your privacy is of significant importance for DigitalWonderWorld. It is one of the basic prerequisites for the success of our company. You, as the customer, will only buy from us, if the business process is secure and data abuse can be excluded.

We have obliged ourselves to the following:
We will only collect such information that is necessary for the processing of your order and for improvement purposes of our service.
We will not forward your data to third parties.
We will not enter into any businesses concerning your email address.
DigitalWonderWorld guarantees compliance with the strict regulations of the data protection law. Your privacy is protected by us.
You are entitled to information, correction, blocking and deletion of your saved data at any time. Just write to us at info@digitalwonderworld.de
The data transfer of your personal data is carried out with the particularly secure SSL-technology. Accordingly, unauthorised access by third parties to your data can be excluded.

17. Miscellanea
The law of Luxembourg applies to all legal relations of parties with the exclusion of uniform laws on sale of goods. The invalidity of any provision listed above shall not affect any part of the other conditions. The ineffective provision will then - by mutual agreement - be replaced by another that economically comes closest in its intention to the invalid provision.

18. Severability Clause
In the event of the non-enforceability of one of the conditions indicated previously, the enforceability of the remaining conditions will not be affected. The non-enforceable clause will then be replaced, as agreed, by one whose commercial intentions come closest to those of the non-enforceable clause.

19. Translations
The translation of our Terms and Conditions of Business (AGB) into foreign languages is only intended to make them more understandable. Only the German version is legally binding.

20. Exclusion of liability
The contents of our Web page are prepared with the utmost of care and are revised at regular intervals. In spite of this, we do not assume any responsibility for the topicality, correctness, completeness or quality of the information that is provided.
In the case of unintentional copyright infringements, the corresponding object will be removed from the page immediately after this is reported.
